The service

TradeCast helps users capture trading activity, build analytics, broadcast signals, and develop a source-tracked reputation. TradeCast is not a broker, investment manager, financial advisor, copy-trading service, or custodian, and does not execute trades or manage user funds.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep access methods secure.
• You may connect only trading accounts and channels you are authorized to use.
• You remain responsible for activity performed through your account, workers, integrations, and API credentials.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TradeCast for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or manipulative conduct.
• Do not misrepresent verification status, performance, ownership, or platform data.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service security and access controls.

Trading responsibility

TradeCast does not recommend trades or guarantee performance. You remain solely responsible for every trading and publishing decision. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. Features described as beta, preview, or planned may be modified or withdrawn. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

TradeCast and its software, branding, interfaces, and platform-generated materials are protected intellectual property. You retain ownership of your underlying account and content data, subject to the permissions required to operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TradeCast is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, broker or terminal failures, third-party outages, or decisions made using platform information.
