Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information TradeCast uses to provide verification, analytics, broadcasting, reputation, and account operations.
Effective June 21, 2026
Information we process
- Account details such as name, email address, workspace membership, and preferences.
- Trading-account identifiers, broker/server details, read-only connection credentials, and source-tracked trade lifecycle data.
- Channel configuration, delivery records, product usage, waitlist responses, and security or diagnostic logs.
Why we use information
- Operate authentication, connected accounts, verification, analytics, broadcasting, and reputation features.
- Protect the service, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and support users.
- Improve reliability and understand product usage using aggregated or minimized data where practical.
Credentials and secrets
Investor credentials are intended for read-only account access and are encrypted before storage. Raw API keys and worker keys are not stored after creation. TradeCast does not intentionally place raw passwords or access keys in application logs.
Sharing and processors
We may use vetted infrastructure, database, hosting, analytics, authentication, and communication providers to operate TradeCast. Information is shared only as needed for those services, legal obligations, security, or a business transfer.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain verified history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention needs may differ by data type.
Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
- You may disconnect accounts or channels, subject to preserving records required for security, integrity, or legal obligations.
- You may opt out of non-essential communications.
Security and international processing
No system can guarantee absolute security. Data may be processed in countries where TradeCast or its service providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
